Integrity Care, LLC  does Home care for the elderly and the physically challenged individuals. We accept Medicaid waiver for Home care and private pay. We offer Attendant care, Home maker and Companionship  services.  Also, we offer transportation services ( Ambulatory and Non ambulatory).

Transportation fees are:

• 0-10 miles $20.00
• over 10 miles $2.00 increments for every mile.
• Non-Ambulatory/wheelchair: 0-10 miles $30.00 (non-ambulatory/wheelchair)
• over 10 miles $2.00 increments for every mile.

Takes medicaid. Without medicaid, standard round trip fares are $40 for unassisted and $60 for those with wheelchairs. Services anywhere within 10 miles of the pick-up location (within Lafayette or West Lafayette) without adding extra fees.
