This service is for eligible veterans who are medically confined.in the Fountain, Montgomery and Warren Counties ONLY! For areas outside of these counties call 317-988-2472 for information.
- Must call to schedule appointment
- Free transportation for Veterans only to VA Medical Facilities in Indianapolis and Danville, IL
- 48 hour notice required
- Mon, Wed, Fri 10 am-2pm or leave message with Name, Number, Destination, Time and Date of Appt
- This is a contribution-based program. Your generous contribution will go towards the gas costs plus help pay for a new vehicle when it is time to replace the existing one
