Franciscan St. Elizabeth Health offers individualized and group nutrition counseling to meet your nutrition goals by working with you to develop a plan that fits your lifestyle. A physician referral is needed to make an appointment. Palliative Care Team - Provides Consultation for hospitalized patients, to assist with support and symptom management for chronic and/or life-limiting illnesses. Also, assists with Goals of Care and Advance Care Planning.  Provides end of life care for all ages and all cancer diagnosis (skilled nurses, social workers, aides, spiritual care, volunteers and bereavement services). Lymphedema Therapy: Lymphedema is a swelling of a body part, most often an arm or a leg, caused by the abnormal accumulation of lymph fluid. Lymphedema therapy helps relieve this often painful swelling that can result from trauma, surgery, infection, disease or other factors. We have an experienced lymphedema team consisting of three nationally certified lymphedema therapists trained to treat any involved body part.
