Description:

Mission: To support the non-medical needs of area cancer patients in collaboration with care providers and other community resources.

Service Area:  11 North Central & West Central Indiana counties - Benton, Cass, Carroll, Clinton, Fountain, Jasper, Montgomery, Newton, Tippecanoe, Warren, White

Call CCN direct or be referred by health care provider, family or  friend  to become a Community Cancer Network client

Free Services (not limited to):
-Client Advocacy
-Food Pantry (Shelf Stable Food/Limited Toiletries/Limited Cleaning Supplies)
-Durable Medical Equipment (Wheelchairs, Walkers, Canes)
-Limited Financial Assistance (qualifying guidelines/ex: Fuel Card, Utility/Rent/Mortgage/Prescription Payments)
-Transportation to/from cancer treatment
-Wig Salon (intimate environment with broad selection)
           ~And so much more! 

Clients are encouraged to share their unique needs so CCN may address them or refer them on to a collaborating organization
