Locally owned and operated by a registered nurse in Lafayette since 1987, Physicians Homecare Inc. offers home health care to patients of all ages and health care needs. Patient care coordinators consult with both patients and their doctors to develop and implement a personalized care plan.

In addition to infusion therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy, special services include: CareLink emergency response systems, home ventilator programs, photo therapy programs and post-surgical programs.

We also offer companionship services to individuals who would benefit from regular interactions with compassionate, fun-loving individuals who are able to provide excellent emotional support that contributes significantly to wellness.
