Department of Nutrition Science Undergraduate Research Opportunities

The Department of Nutrition Science has several opportunities available for undergraduate students interested in research. Research course credit is available for Purdue students in summer, fall, and spring semesters. This can either be done as part of the Nutrition Science Honors Program or as an independent study. All undergraduate research projects are mentored by tenure track faculty members. In addition, some faculty in Nutrition Science hire undergraduate students for pay to assist with research projects on an as needed basis.
