On October 20, 2008, Purdue University, partnering with the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) and TechPoint, will host an Information Technology Summit on the West Lafayette campus. The purpose of the Summit is to allow Indiana information technology (IT) companies to become familiar with the broad range of IT resources at Purdue. The Summit will include:
- Access to students via a poster session and networking lunch
- Description of faculty expertise in all IT related colleges and schools
- List of Purdue IT related centers and institutes
This is also an opportunity for Indiana IT companies to showcase their internships and job opportunities. A kiosk will be provided to distribute company employment related information to IT students and poster presenters.
There is no fee for the Summit but registration is required.
Lunch will be provided.
