Analytical X-ray units are used in several research experiments on campus.  These units, while very useful, can be very dangerous when not used properly.  There are three types of units:  cabinet, closed-beam, and open beam, the latter of which is the most dangerous.  Contact Mark Pflug  to schedule an appointment for training specific to your unit and your research.
