Fall 2016 Grade Submission Dates

Midterm grading (available weeks 4-7)
Midterm grade entry begins at 8 a.m. Friday, September 8 and ends at 8 a.m. Friday, October 7.

First Eight-Week Session (meeting between August 22 and October 18)
Grade entry begins 8 a.m. October 7 and ends at 5 p.m. October 20. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date. Faculty will need to submit a Form 350.

Full Term (16 Weeks) and Second Eight-Week Session (meeting between October 19 and December 17)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. December 9 and ends at 5 p.m. December 20. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date. Faculty will need to submit a Form 350.

Polytechnic Statewide locations 
Polytechnic Statewide faculty should consult with their site coordinators for their grade entry windows.

Spring 2017 Grade Submission Dates

Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. February 24 and ends at 5 p.m. March 7.

Second Eight Weeks (S8) (meets March 6 through May 6) and Regular Term (meets January 9 through May 6)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. April 21 and ends at 5 p.m. May 9.

Polytechnic Statewide locations 
Polytechnic Statewide faculty should consult with their site coordinators for their grade entry windows.

Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date.  Faculty will need to submit a Form 350.

First Four Weeks (May 15-June 9)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. June 2 and ends at 5 p.m. June 13. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date. Faculty will need to submit a Form 350.

First Eight Weeks (May 15-July 7) and Second Four Weeks (June 12-July 8)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. June 30 and ends at 5 p.m. July 11. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date. Faculty will need to submit a Form 350.

Second Eight Weeks (June 13-August 4) and Third Four Weeks (July 12-August 4) and Full Summer Session (May 14-August 4)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. July 28 and ends at 5 p.m. August 8. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date. Faculty will need to submit a Form 350.
