Signature Authority Verification

Each year you are asked to provide the Office of the Registrar with signature authorizations. These signatures are for all Registrar-related forms and documents. Generally, these are requested in May or June of each year. The Office of the Registrar will mail to you all documents needed for requesting signature authority for your department.

If there are any additions or deletions to these authorization forms during the academic year, please call 494-6133.
