Course Catalog Report Information about a course in the catalog. The courses are not necessairly offered. The academic period is the effective academic period of the course in the catalog.

Courses Catalog Special Fees Report lists those courses with an additional special fee.

Courses by Course Attribute List courses and their attributes for general purposes.  List includes Course ID, Course Title, Course Attribute, Course Attribute Description, and Course Status

Courses by Course Attribute - IU Courses Only List courses and their attributes for general purposes for IU Courses.  List includes Course ID, Course Title, Course Attribute, Course Attribute Description, and Course Status

Prerequisite Course List List Prerequistes and Corequiste courses for the specified user selection. Prompts: Academic Period, Campus, Subject, Course



Degrees Public Folders - PROD > Student - PWL > Validated > 

Commencement Ceremony Attendance List students who have indicated participation in a graduation ceremony. The students indicate participation on the Graduation tab on myPurdue.

Graduates with Next Term Registration Produces a report that takes graduates for a given semester and determines if they are/are not registered for a subsequent semester

Pending and Awarded Degrees List students who are scheduled to graduate or who have already graduated. A summary page of degrees by degree program is also included in the report.

Core GPA - List Calculate GPA for student's in a specific college/major and courses. 

GPA Comparison within Majors Comparison of average and median GPA for all students enrolled in a course. The comparison is between two groups of students. The first group consists of students in selected majors and the second group consists of all other students. This report can be used to compare GPA of students within a certain major against the rest of the student population.

GPA Reports

Grade Audit after Roll Report to list students that have a grade of NS, TR, or AU after the final grades have been rolled forward.

Grade Distribution Show the grade distribution within a CRN or entire course. This report lists count of students who received a particular grade and the percentage of students receiving that grade. 

Grade Roster Produce a listing of students by CRN and the grade they received.

Grade Statistics Metrics for end-of-term grade processing

Graduates with next term registration Produces a report that takes graduates for a given semester and determines if they are/are not registered for a subsequent semester.

List of Students by Academic Standing List students with an academic standing, by college. Also list academic honors (Dean's List).

Missing Grades List of sections with missing grades. Advisors and faculty should run this audit to make sure all their student's have grades.

Record Copy List student's Academic Record. List includes Name, PUID, Overall GPA, Overall GPA Cr Hr, Overall Points, Overall Earned Credits, Academic Period, Academic Period Description, Class, College, Major, Degree Sought, Term GPA, Standing, Term Earned Cr Hr, Posted Degree Info (Degree, Major, Posted Date), Course ID, Course Title, Course Type, Honors, Repeat Ind, Transfer Institution, Course Campus, Course Cr Hr, Grade, Points. 

Record Copy - Subject Order List student's academic record via subject order. Two page sets are produced - one for the course list, the other for a semester summary (for GPA, Standing, etc.). The Course List includes Name, PUID, Subject, Subject Description, Academic Period, Repeat Course Ind, Course Number, Course Title, Honors, Course Campus, Course Cr Hr, Applied Credits, Grade, Points, and Transfer Institution. The Semester Summary includes Name, PUID, Academic Period, Academic Period Description, Degree Sought, College, Major, Class, Standing, Term GPA, Overall GPA Level, Overall GPA Cr Hr, Overall GPA Points, Overall GPA.

Semester Grade Report A grade report for students registered for a term. Can optionally supply the report with student PUIDs or select to produce grade report for all students within a college or major.

FRZ-Course Enrollment by College Using census data, report course enrollments by the student's college and classification.

FRZ-Course Enrollment by Course Report official Census course enrollments by student's college and classification. Can optionally choose to report on only true beginning students.

FRZ Course Enrollment History Census Data Only - Course enrollments are displayed in a crosstab for more than one term. This report is used for evaluating course enrollment historical trends. 

FRZ Crosslist Report - by Course Census Data - List sections and their crosslisted sections. List enrollments, limits and remaining spaces 

FRZ Section Enrollment Report (SER) This report provides section enrollment by subject based on census data.

FRZ Section Enrollment Report (SER) for CSV Export Output is in a Excel friendly format for easy download capability. Provides section enrollment by subject based on census data.



Registered Students Public Folders - PROD > Student - PWL > Validated >

Banner Codes List all possible codes defined in Banner for the specified category. For example, lists all major codes when 'Major' is selected in the prompt box.

Consolidated Report of Registered Students A multi-purpose list of students and related demographic, GPA, and course information. This report is intended to be used as a way to sort and manipulate the output within Excel. The output can be configured by the user.

Consolidated Report of Registered Students with E-mail A multi-purpose list of students EMAIL and related demographic, GPA, and course information. This report is intended to be used as a way to sort and manipulate the output within Excel. The output can be configured by the user.

Continuing Students not yet Registered List student information such as ID, Name, College, Major, Degree Status, etc for students who have not yet registered for a term. Students future registration for zero credit sections are also listed. Optionally, dropped students can be excluded from the list. You must exclude dropped students once end-of-semester processing has completed and Academic Standing has been computed.

Course Roster List students in sections. Total enrollment of the section is listed, however the total does not include withdrawn students. Withdrawn students are listed with a background gray color. If a student received a registration override, the type of override is listed on this report. 

International Students Admitted & Registered for Specific Courses This report will allow the user to identify first time beginners/transfers who are international students and the courses they are taking.

List of Students By Advisor Displays a total number of students for each advisor as well as detail student information such as college, major and classification.

List of Students By Curriculum List of registered students by college, major, minor.  All curriculums are evaluated; not just the primary program.  Fields listed are student's name, puid, campus, college, major, minor, concentration, program, classification, level, second major, second minor.

List of Students by Registration Status List students by registration status (Dropped, Registered, Audit, etc.). 

List of Students with Multiple Curricula List students who have multiple curricula. List all the active curricula for the academic period selected.

List of Students by Student Attribute List students who have an attribute.  Student attributes define a group of students.

Registration Activity by Date List all student registration activity.

Repeat Course Report List students who have repeated a course. There are several pages to this report. The first page is a summary page of total number of students repeating by course and also by academic period. The second page lists repeated courses by Course Identification. The next page lists students by College/Major.

Student Change of College For the selected college and academic periods, list students entering into the college and leaving the college. Note: For the Fall terms, either Summer or Spring previous colleges will be included. 

Student Change of College-Historical Route List students change in curricula information. The initial academic period of change is listed with the associated change in college, major or campus.

Student Course Schedule A student's entire course schedule is displayed in two formats. The user can select to display in a list format or an official format. The list format can be used internally by departments. The official format can be printed and given to the student.

Student Schedule Availability Display a grid by time of day and day of week, counting the number of students taking a class at that time. Only students enrolled in the requested course or CRN will be counted. Prompts: Campus, Academic Period, Course OR CRN (only one of the two).

Student Schedule Availability by PUID Display a grid by time of day and day of week, counting the number of students taking a class at that time.  This version can be used to select a student population based on PUIDs.

Students in Courses with Course Attributes
The purpose of this report is to produce a list of students in course with specific course attributes.

Students in Priority Registration Groups List students who are classified as Athletes or with a Disability or in the University Honors Program. These students are assigned a priority time ticket which allows them to register for classes before all other students.

Time Ticket and PIN Display Registration Time Tickets and PIN numbers for students eligible to register.

Withdrawn Student Report
List students withdrawn from the university.

CIP Code List List all CIP codes. Prompts: Academic Period, Campus, College, Department, Major. Based on the academic period selection the other prompts cascade and populate the values.

Course Enrollments by College This report provides course enrollments by college and classification.

Course Enrollment by Course Report course enrollments by Course, student's college and classification. Optionally can limit the report for only true beginning students.

Course Enrollment History by Offering Unit Historical trend of course enrollments and number of sections offered. Detail by course is presented as well as summaries by subject, offering department and college.

Course Enrollment History by Student Curriculum Historical trend of student enrollment in courses. Break down the enrollment by student's college and major.

Courses Using Waitlisting by College

Daily Waitlist Metrics

High-Demand Course Analysis for Waitlisting This report will help various departments/colleges to identify which courses from a past semester were high-demand in nature. The default value for determining these courses is 90%-and-above enrollment, but the user may select any percentage they wish. The main purpose for this output will be the selection of what courses in a term should be waitlisted based on this past enrollment. The output lists the Course ID, total student enrollment, total enrollment limit across all sections of the course, flags denoting whether or not the past course was cross-listed and/or has a co-requisite, and a percentage of the limit that are enrolled. This percentage is obtained by : Total Student Enrollment --------------------------- x 100 Total Enrollment Limit

It lists various counts and percentages based on waitlisted students and what happened to them after the initial waitlist based on Notifications sent and subsequent status changes. Schedule Offering Audits Public Folders - PROD > Student - PWL > Validated >

Instructor Courses List all courses associated with an instructor, either across all Banner-loaded terms or within a specific Academic Period. Capability to select one instructor or to list all instructors with a certain text string in their name

Sections with no instructor All sections should have an instructor associated with it. This audit will list sections without an instructor. Schedule Deputies should enter an instructor for their sections.
