This report will help various
departments/colleges to identify which courses from a past semester were
high-demand in nature. The default value for determining these courses is
90%-and-above enrollment, but the user may select any percentage they wish. The
main purpose for this output will be the selection of what courses in a term
should be waitlisted based on this past enrollment. The output lists the
Course ID, total student enrollment, total enrollment limit across all
sections of the course, flags denoting whether or not the past course was
cross-listed and/or has a co-requisite, and a percentage of the limit that
