Grade Information

Fall 2014 Grade Submission Dates

First 8 Week Session (meeting between August 25 and October 21)
Grade entry begins 8 a.m. October 10 and ends at 5 p.m. October 23.
Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date.  Faculty will need to submit a Form 350.

Full Term (16 weeks) and Second 8 Week Session (meeting between October 22 and December 20)
Grade entry begins 8 a.m. December 12 and ends at 5 p.m. December 23.
Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date.  Faculty will need to submit a Form 350.

Technology Statewide (TSW) locations
TSW faculty should consult with their site coordinators for their grade entry windows.
