Grade Information

Summer 2013 Grade Submission Dates

• Initial Course Participation Instructions

Mod 1 Maymester (meeting between May 13- June 7)
Grade entry begins 8 a.m. Friday, May 31 and ends at 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 11.
Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date.  Faculty will need to submit a Form 350.

Mod 2 (meeting June 10-July 5) and Mod 1/2  (meeting between May 13- July 5)
Grade entry begins 8 a.m. Friday, June 28 and ends at 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 9.
Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date.  Faculty will need to submit a Form 350.

Mod 3 (meeting July 8-August 2) and Mod 2/3  (meeting between June 10-August 2)
Grade entry begins 8 a.m. Friday, July 26 and ends at 5 p.m. Tuesday, August 6.
Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will NOT be allowed to enter grades online at a later date.  Faculty will need to submit a Form 350.

Technology Statewide (TSW) locations
TSW faculty should consult with their site coordinators for their grade entry windows.
