Wellness Programs

Wellness Programs provides a variety of options and services to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.

Our Wellness on Demand program will provide your group with a free educational program of your choice. Our Wellness Workshops focus on health education and a holistic approach to personal well-being. For quick basic wellness information or to ask a question you can Ask a Wellness Peer Mentor.

Our Registered Dietitian provides free nutrition counseling to students.  Students looking for more general nutrition recommendations can have a diet analysis completed with our Graduate Assistant.  We also offer our Ask the Dietitian Q&A as a way to get basic nutrition information or just ask a quick question.

The Demonstration Kitchen offers a variety of scheduled cooking demonstrations throughout the school year, in addition to private demos and kitchen rentals.

Alcohol education programs are available for your organization or classroom. The Purdue Alcohol and Other Drug Policy Guide has information about alcohol and other drugs, health effects, laws and policies, and resources available for students.

We offer many educational program opportunities on Sexual Health.  In addition, our Right Fit Condom Program offers several types of name-brand condoms and other sexual health materials at minimal to no cost.

Massage therapy involves manipulating muscle and connective tissue to enhance performance, facilitate the body’s natural healing process, and promote relaxation.  To make an appointment with our licensed massage therapists, call 765.496.1788. 

Light therapy is offered at no cost to all individuals, typically performed to treat Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).
