Philosophy on Fitness and Wellness

I think the most important thing about fitness is finding something you love. If you create a workout plan for yourself full of exercises that you dislike, you’re not going to stick to that workout very long. Find an activity you love, grab a workout buddy and HAVE FUN! Working out doesn’t have to be a chore, for me it’s become a stress reliever!
