- Class length is 50 minutes unless otherwise noted.
- Equipment will not be available for Fitness On Demand classes. However, participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment. For example, if a participant does not have a yoga mat, a beach towel or blanket is a good alternative for any Yoga, Pilates or PiYo Strength® class.
- Instructors will supply a portable stereo and microphone.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your space is large enough to accommodate your group.
- All locations are required to have a phone and emergency action plan. It is preferred that an AED is available.
- Groups exceeding 50 participants are required to have multiple instructors.
- Instructor requests may be denied due to short notice (less than two weeks), instructor availability and safety of the location.
