Policies

  1. Class length is 50 minutes unless otherwise noted. 
  2. Equipment will not be available for Fitness On Demand classes. However, participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment. For example, if a participant does not have a yoga mat, a beach towel or blanket is a good alternative for any Yoga, Pilates or PiYo Strength® class.
  3. Instructors will supply a portable stereo and microphone.
  4. It is your responsibility to ensure your space is large enough to accommodate your group.
  5. All locations are required to have a phone and emergency action plan. It is preferred that an AED is available.
  6. Groups exceeding 50 participants are required to have multiple instructors.
  7. Instructor requests may be denied due to short notice (less than two weeks), instructor availability and safety of the location.
