Lost & Found

Purdue Recreation & Wellness holds lost and found items at each location: CoRec, TREC, and the Boilermaker Aquatic Center.

Items found inside of the Recreational Sports Center are turned into the Member Services desk on the second floor; items lost at the TREC building are held inside TREC until the next day and are then brought to the main CoRec building. All lost and found items are held at the Member Services desk for 7–14 days. After that time, all items are taken to the Central Lost and Found office in the Transportation building located at Purdue West. However, items such as body soap, hair shampoo, and hygiene products are discarded.

For identification cards such as Purdue ID’s turned in, RecWell staff will contact the individual indicating the ID was found at the facility; the individual may then pick up their card at the Member Services desk at the earliest time of convenience. Patrons will be notified twice of their lost ID. These cards are kept for one month; if they are not claimed in that time, they will be shredded.

To claim an item, please be prepared to describe the item in detail and provide identification. If you believe you have lost an item at any RecWell facility or the surrounding fields, please stop by that location or call at 765.494.3109.
