The new iMETT Cardiovascular Testing System will help you workout smarter, not harder. Using the iMETT, a trainer will assess your cardiovascular fitness by determining anaerobic threshold and VO2 max. The results of this test will give the trainer all the essential information to create a custom made cardiovascular training program breaking down how often, how long and how hard every workout should be for you to achieve maximum results in the shortest amount of time.
