The following are spreadsheets containing the contact information for all captains in each of our activities.

- Fall 2012 Leagues
Rescheduling a Game:
- Contact your opponent.
- Come into the TREC or call to try and find a mutual time. It is recommended that you (or a team representative) meet your opponent's representative at this time.
- This can be done up until 3:00 pm on the day your game has been originally scheduled. If your game is scheduled on a Sunday, then it must be done by 3:00 pm on Friday.
- The Intramural Sports Program does not assure that all games will be rescheduled.
- If you do not reschedule at the same time as your opponent, you must contact the intramural sports office to receive confirmation.
Requesting to Cancel a Game:
- In the event that a mutual time cannot be obtained, teams have the option of requesting to cancel the scheduled game.
- This will only count as a loss on the team's record and the captain will not incur the $20 forfeit fee.
- This can be done up until 3:00 pm on the day your game has been originally scheduled. If your game is scheduled on a Sunday, then it must be done by 3:00 pm on Friday.
- A captain or representative must contact the IM Sports Office at 765.494.3117.
- Cancellations are not considered official unless they go through the IM Sports Office. Opponents will be contacted by the IM Sports Office if the opposing team has officially cancelled.
