Group Exercise

Group X provides group fitness classes perfect for anyone.  Powered by high-energy music, challenging exercises, and motivating instructors, Group X classes are designed to make your fitness goals easily attainable by giving you a fun and energizing workout.

Group X offers a variety of classes ranging from shaking your groove thang to Latin rhythms in Zumba, busting a move to pop radio hits in Dance Mania, reaching new heights in Turbo Kick, drill and interval style training in Boot Camp and Tabata, muscle toning in Body Sculpt and strengthening your body’s powerhouse in Core, just to name a few!  

With over 50 classes each week, Group X has the perfect class to meet your schedule and style.  All Group X classes include modifications for all fitness levels to ensure that everyone can take a step toward meeting their fitness goals.
