HEALTHY FOODS FOR FINALS MINI-COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS
Students from the NUTR 424 class will provide a variety of ½ hour cooking demonstrations to help you fuel your body and brain and boost your performance during final exam week! Please visit our website for a complete schedule of demonstrations. Space is limited and available on a first-come first-serve basis.

TAI CHI TO GO
Wednesday, April 30, 7–8pm, Wellness Conference Room
This “to-go” method of tai chi is easy to learn, perfect for beginners and easy to take on the road. In this class you will perform a series of postures or movements in a slow, graceful manner that, when combined together, form a short “dance.” The slow circular movements, blended with deep breathing, help to decrease stress, increase range of motion, improve flexibility and balance and cultivate a sense of well-being.
