Rec Sports Wellness programs focus on health education and a holistic approach to personal well-being. In collaboration with a variety of campus partners, we are committed to promoting a healthy Purdue community.

Rec Sports is currently offering the following wellness programs:

  • Demonstration kitchen and healthy cooking programs
  • Weight Watchers at Work
  • Wellness workshops and awareness events 

Nutrition Counseling now available at the CoRec!

Thursdays, 8:30am-3:30pm; Call 765.494.9355 to make an appointment.

Beginning Thursday, May 16, Michelle Singleton, Registered Dietitian from the PUSH Student Wellness Office, will provide free Nutrition Counseling services in the CoRec Wellness Suite.  Nutrition Counseling can assist you with:

  • Weight management
  • Healthy eating tips
  • Type 2 Diabetes
  • Eating Disorders and Disordered Eating
  • Sports Nutrition
  • High blood pressure and more

Michelle Singleton is the Nutrition Education Coordinator with the PUSH Student Wellness Office.  She has experience with weight management, eating disorders, and emotional eating.  She is also Board Certified as a Specialist in Sports Dietetics.  For more information about Nutrition Counseling Services, contact Michelle at 765.494.1716 or msingleton@purdue.edu.
