Powder-Free Protein Shakes Cooking Demo

Tuesday, June 11, 6-7pm, Demonstration Kitchen

Learn to prepare quick, natural and tasty protien shakes to compliment your workouts.  Find out how much protien you really need, as well as options and benefits of natural protien sources.  Free samples will be provided.  Pre-registration is required.  Sign-up at the Member Services Desk or call 765.494.3110.

Minute to Win It Fitness Events

Wednesday, June 12, 5-7pm, Scifres Functional Fitness

Drop-in and try each of our minute-long fitness challenges in celebration of men's health: rope pull, box jumps, pull-ups, push-ups, and burpees.  The winner of each will receive a prize. 

Weightlifting Series

 Fridays, 5–5:30pm, East Fitness

Learn the foundations of powerlifting in this three-part series. Each thirty minute session is dedicated to a specific lift in which you will practice and receive constructive feedback on. The better your posture and technique, the better you’ll be able to execute the movement, and more powerful you’ll become!

Deadlift: June 14 and July 12
Squat: June 21 and July 19
Bench Press: June 28 and July 26

Fundamentals of Olympic Weightlifting

 Wednesdays, 4:30-6:30pm, MP2 and Olympic Lift Platforms

This two-hour course will deconstruct the major Olympic lifts, as well as provide tips for basic technique and form. Please register by 5:00pm the Tuesday before your desired workshop.
