Small Group Training

To register, fill out a Personal Training Packet, select your class preference, and turn your packet into our Membership Services desk. 

Classes fill up fast and class capacities cannot be exceeded. Once a class is full, you will be placed on a waitlist. We will contact individuals on the waitlist, in the order they signed up. Once contacted, individuals will have 24 hours to pay the class registration fee before the next individual on the waitlist is contacted.

Rock Your Resolution Fitness Challenge

Monday and Wednesdays, January 26th-March 4th, 6:30-7:20pm

Are you ready to set AND achieve your 2015 New Year’s Resolutions?

  • The Rock Your Resolution Fitness Challenge is your first chance to kick start the New Year with the help of our personal trainers and wellness partners. Whether you want to lose weight, gain strength, or reduce stress, this class is designed to help you reach you goals and develop lifelong healthy habits. The program includes:
  • A circuit-style workout that push your cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and mobility, with the encouragement of the team on Mondays.
  • Small group training for the opportunity to work closely with your personal trainer, and wellness workshops covering topics such as proper nutrition, behavior modification, and stress reduction on Wednesdays.
  • Incentives for attending additional workshops, completing fitness assessments, and more.

Fit Body Boot Camp

Tuesdays/Thursdays, March 30th-April 23rd, 6-6:50pm

Change up your fitness routine by adding constantly varied, high intensity, total body workouts. Our Personal Training staff will create workouts that change weekly, and are designed for those new to exercise or at a beginner’s level.  Work together to create camaraderie, tone up, have fun, and get fit!  Class will be held at various locations across campus including: track and field, intramural fields, slater hill, and various trails. The CoRec Fitness Mezzanine will be used on inclement weather days.  This class is open to 12 participants.
