Small Group Training
Campus Fit Club
Form a team of three to six friends or co-workers to participate together in this fun and exciting fitness and weight management program. Whether you are starting or continuing a weight loss program, or participating to support a friend on their journey, our personal trainers will develop a personalized exercise program for you and your team. The program includes: 12 Group Personal Training sessions, a fitness assessment, weekly educational and motivational updates, biweekly brown bag wellness workshops, a Fit Club “punch card” to track progress, and constant support from your trainers and teammates.
Program Dates: June 9-July 25
Registration Deadline: Friday, May 30
Completion of our Small Group Training packet is required. Please print, complete and submit the Campus Fit Club packet before the registration deadline. In the packet, you will indicate the other team members in your group. When all members of your group have signed up you will receive a welcome email from the trainer you are matched with.
Cost: $90.00 Participants must be RSC members.
