All sessions last one hour.

Body Composition

A body composition assessment analyzes the body’s weight in terms of absolute and relative amounts of lean body mass and fat mass.  Your body composition assessment will include hip and waist circumferences, Bioelectrical Impedance (BIA) and 7-site skinfold measurements.

Fitness Assessments

Fitness assessments are a great way to identify strengths and weaknesses, set realistic and attainable goals and measure progress. Assessments will include body composition, height and weight, circumference, cardiovascular endurance, muscle endurance, flexibility, and postural analysis.

One-on-One Training

Together, you and your personal trainer will develop a personalized exercise program based on your health history, goals and fitness level. Your trainer will instruct you on proper technique and exercise options, as well as motivate you to achieve your health and fitness goals.

JumpStart

This two-session service includes a fitness assessment and an overview of a progressive workout plan to meet your fitness goals. Your exercise plan will be based on your goals, workout preferences, fitness level, and available time. By utilizing your personal trainer’s demonstration and hands-on application, you will have a clear understanding of how to complete workouts on your own.

Buddy Sessions 

Interested in Personal Training with a friend? Buddy sessions are a great option to help you save money and stay motivated. Buddy training incorporates all of the same aspects included in one-on-one training, except you get to do it with a friend!

Small Group Training

Interested in personal training with a few friends? Small group training, for three to six individuals, is a blend between group fitness classes and 1-on-1 sessions.  It is big enough to provide a fun atmosphere, yet small enough to provide quality instruction and one-on-one attention.

FIT BODY BOOT CAMP BASICS

Change up your fitness routine with constantly varied, high intensity, total body workouts. Our Personal Training staff will create workouts that change weekly, and are designed for those new to exercise or at a beginner’s level.  Work together to create camaraderie, tone up, have fun, and get fit!  Class will be held at various locations across campus including: track and field, intramural fields, slater hill, and various trails. The CoRec Fitness Mezzanine will be used on inclement weather days.  This class is open to 12 participants.

FIT BODY BOOT CAMP ADVANCED

Take your fitness routine to the next level with a constantly varied, high intensity, total body workout.  Our Personal Training staff will create workouts that change weekly, and are for seasoned fitness enthusiasts.  Work together to create camaraderie, build cardiovascular and muscular strength, dig deep, and see results!  Class will be held at various locations across campus including: track and field, intramural fields, slater hill, and various trails. The CoRec Fitness Mezzanine will be used on inclement weather days.  This class is open to 12 participants.
