A Taste of Relaxation

Escape your daily routine, restore your mind and revitalize your body.  Sample various stress reduction techniques including meditation, progressive muscle relaxation and guided imagery. Learn to control breathing and calm the mind through a gentle practice of yoga and deep stretching. Adequate floor space and proper attire is required.

  • A Formal Taste of Relaxation: This is modified version is specifically designed for groups with limited movement space and/or attire.

Pilates

Pilates is a mind-body workout emphasizing body awareness, proper breathing and correct spinal and pelvic alignment. Pilates values the quality of movement over the quantity of repetitions.  This traditional mat class will develop long, lean muscles while increasing strength, flexibility, balance and postural improvements.

PiYo Strength®

PiYo Strength® is a unique blend of pilates, yoga and core conditioning designed to build strength and gain flexibility. The moves utilize energy, power and rhythm to form an intense choreography that is fun and challenging. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength, and greater stability. PiYo Strength® will rock your world! Once you try it, you’ll find that PiYo Strength® is unlike any other class or format. No previous experience required.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is an athletic style of Yoga which guarantees an energetic workout and offers challenges that beginners and advanced students alike can appreciate. This class incorporates powerful and challenging movements with traditional yoga poses to encourage alignment, flexibility, balance, strength, and cardiovascular endurance.

Yoga for Relaxation

Soothing and well-supported poses is the central focus of this style of yoga. Rather than stretching to a point of resistance, learn about muscular release to help reduce stress and relieve tension. In order to receive the benefits of restorative yoga, poses will be held for longer periods.  

Zumba®

Ditch the workout and join the party! This Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class incorporates Latin and international music and dance moves, creating a dynamic, exciting, exhilarating and effective workout. A ZUMBA® class – known as a ZUMBA fitness party – combines fast and slow rhythms of cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, hip-hop, pop, mambo, rumba, flamenco, calypso and salsaton to help tone and sculpt the body with easy to follow dance moves!  No dance experience required.

TurboKick®

The evolution of kickboxing is here!  This addictive workout combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sport drills, and simple dance moves in a party atmosphere. Great music and high energy will keep you moving and feeling fit. Kick, punch and groove in this action-packed, super fun, cardiovascular workout.  It’s kickboxing and so much more!

Cardio Blast

Looking for an awesome cardio workout? This class is for you! Cardio Blast fuses the best that floor exercise has to offer, including traditional hi/lo impact aerobics, dance, sport agility drills and kickboxing. Prepare for a fun and challenging class, guaranteed to get your heart pumping.
