Philosophy on Fitness and Wellness

There are plenty of ways to stay active. Keep looking until you find an activity you love—because it interests you, because you sincerely like doing it, or because it challenges you in a way that wakes you up inside—not because you think you should, and not because someone else told you to do it.

Randi believes that you should take care of your mind, body and soul... inside and out.  Fitness should be fun and make you feel good.  It is never to late to start.  Feeding your body with healthy foods, staying physically active, and finding things you love to do can help you feel better and age better. Finding a community of like-minded people to help you stay motivated and share in the fun is a great way to stay moving.

Philosophy on Fitness and Wellness

Functional Fitness, Turbo Kick and Zumba are my personal soul mate workouts. I love the limitless exercises found in functional fitness making each work-out feel like a play-out, the sweet mix of hip-hop and martial arts I experience in Turbo Kick and the International dance beats from Zumba that take my energy levels sky high! Whether it’s a martial arts club, walking with a group of friends or taking a group fitness class, if you find something that makes you happy, share it!  Be that spark in another person's life by inviting them to join you on your journey towards fitness and health, or what I like to call exercise endorphin happy land!
