The Purdue Fitness and Wellness program provides a variety of programs and services to help you achieve your health and fitness goals:
Group X Classes: Powered by high-energy music, challenging exercises, and motivating instructors, Group X offers cutting-edge classes designed to make your fitness goals easily attainable.
Learn 2 Play Instructional Classes: These classes focus on fitness education, specialized formats, and progressive instruction. Formats include, yoga, Pilates, cyling, kickboxing and more.
Learn 2 Play Away Outreach Programs: Our instructors come to your on-campus location and provide your group with a customized class of your choice.
Massage Therapy: Massage therapy involves manipulating muscle and connective tissue to enhance performance, facilitate the body’s natural healing process, and promote relaxation.
Personal Training: A Personal Trainer will develop a personalized exercise program for you, based on your health history, goals and fitness level.
Demonstration Kitchen: The Demonstration Kitchen strives to make cooking accessible to everyone, by demonstrating delicious recipes and menus that are quick, easy and affordable.
Wellness Programs: These programs focus on health education and a holistic approach to personal well-being.
Programs & Special Events: Join us for a variety of programs and events that increase awareness, teach fundamental skills, and/or get you excited about fitness and wellness!
Strength & Conditioning: Our Fitness Consultants supervise the fitness areas within the facility, assist patrons with spotting and equipment questions, and provide free fitness clinics and orientations.
