Core Clinic Series

Take your fitness routine to the next level and learn how to maximize our specialized strength equipment. We will focus on how to effectively and efficiently target and challenge your abs, lower back, and glutes by incorporating dynamic, functional movements. All clinics will take place in Scifres Functional Fitness unless noted otherwise. No registration required. Space is limited; please arrive early to reserve your spot.

Weightlifting Series

 Fridays, 5–5:30pm, East Fitness

Learn the foundations of powerlifting in this three-part series. Each thirty minute session is dedicated to a specific lift in which you will practice and receive constructive feedback on. The better your posture and technique, the better you’ll be able to execute the movement, and more powerful you’ll become!

Deadlift: June 14 and July 12
Squat: June 21 and July 19
Bench Press: June 28 and July 26

Fundamentals of Olympic Weightlifting

 Wednesdays, 4:30-6:30pm, MP2 and Olympic Lift Platforms

This two-hour course will deconstruct the major Olympic lifts, as well as provide tips for basic technique and form. Please register by 5:00pm the Tuesday before your desired workshop.
