Group Climbing Conditioning Workshop
This workshop is designed for a climber looking to improve their movement, strength, power, endurance, and mental approach. If you have seen a plateau in your performance this is the workshop that will help you push your climbing to the next grade. Climbers will train in groups, but we will also focus on specific strengths and weaknesses for the individual climber. Climbers do not have to attend all sessions, but will not be given a discount/refund on missed sessions.
Section I January 28–February 27
Section lasts five weeks with sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6–7pm.
Section II March 25–April 24
Section lasts five weeks with sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9–10am.

We offer individual training from our skilled staff of experienced instructors who will help you improve your technique, balance, movement, strength and more.
