Guest Passes/Policies
Daily Admission Policy
If you are a member of the Purdue community (have a valid PUID) and do not have a membership you may gain admission by paying a daily fee ($5). Daily admission provides access to the facilities, court reservations, equipment check out, and one-time locker/towel service. A daily user cannot sponsor guests. Children under the age of five do not pay an admission fee.
Additional policies relative to guests include:
- Guest passes may be purchased at TREC, East/West Gyms, the Boilermaker Aquatic Center and the DRS business office in Shreve Hall.
- Members accept full responsibility for the behavior of all guests.
- Members are limited to three guests under the age of 16.
- One month passes are available for individuals 18 and over throughout the year or for guests under the age of 18 during university breaks.
- All guests must show a valid ID and sign a waiver at all DRS locations.
- At Residence Hall locations, guests must show a valid guest receipt.
Alumni
Alumni must show proof of graduation from the Purdue West Lafayette Campus. (i.e. letter from Dauch Alumni Center, copy of transcript, Alumni ID card, etc) The cost is $5.00 per day per person.
Conferees
Individuals attending a conference affiliated with Purdue may gain access to DRS facilities by presenting name badge/ID from the conference and paying the daily use fee. In addition, conferees that will be on campus for an extended period may purchase a conferee pass for the length of the conference. These passes may be purchased at TREC, East/West Gyms, the Boilermaker Aquatic Center and the DRS business office in Shreve Hall.
