Timeline & Options During Renovation
Wait…what…you heard we were going to be closed in December of this year? Well…let me give you the rest of the details! The current building, we call the Co-Rec, will be closed for renovation; however, we will have the TREC (being built to the west of the Aquatic Center, where the tennis courts used to be). $250,000 worth of new equipment will be purchased for the new building, but, will also be used during the transition period. The TREC will have lockers, showers, 11,000 square feet of fitness space and a 1/9th of a mile track. We will also have several other locations located throughout campus residence halls. All RSC programs and services will function similar to 2009-2010 with minor interruptions.
