Adding/Dropping Dependent Coverage

You are eligible to change your coverage only when you experience a qualifying event. The coverage change must directly relate to the qualifying event and must be requested within 31 days after the event occurs. Please contact the Student Insurance Office if you have questions. View the change of status form for qualifying events.
