Dependents
Eligible students who do enroll may also insure their dependents. Eligible dependents are the spouse, same-sex domestic partners or unmarried children under 19 years of age or 23 years, if a full-time dependent student at an accredited institution of higher learning, who are not self-supporting. This enrollment must occur at the same time as the student enrollment is completed. An insured student may cover a newly acquired dependent within 30 days of marriage, birth or other acquisition of a dependent by visiting the Student Insurance Office in PUSH -Room 338/340. At that time, documentation must be provided to the staff to show eligibility. Dependent eligibility expires concurrently with that of the insured student. Graduate Staff need to complete this form.
