Filing Secondary Insurance
PUSH will only file to insurance companies that are considered primary. If a patient elects to file his/her claim to a secondary insurance, the PUSH Business office will be happy to provide a statement of services to the patient when requested. Most insurance companies will request a copy of the guarantor’s primary EOB (explanation of benefits) be submitted with the claim.
