- All Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield claims will be processed according to the policy’s out of network benefit plan
- Most payments, if made, will be sent to the policyholder
- Expect to see a bill from the Bursar or Accounts Receivable for the full amount within 30-45 days of the date of service
