Sahaja Meditation Weekly Meetings

Sahaja Meditation is a simple and spontaneous technique, which de-stresses mind, improves attention and brings inner peace and joy.

Normally our mind keeps working and we keep having thoughts from past or the future but as we go into meditation, our thoughts slow down and there is a gap between the two thoughts that keeps widening. This is the gap when we do not think and our mind relaxes.

This state of awareness is known as thoughtless awareness.

Sahaja Meditation is a simple to learn easy technique. It's an experience and we invite people from all age groups to come to our weekly meeting and experience this powerful technique.

Every Wednesday from 5PM-6PM in Beering Hall, Room B242.

Every Saturday from 11AM-Noon in Lilly Hall, Room 3418.
