This is the first annual Speaking on Sex week hosted by PUSH, SWO, The Interfraternity Council, Panhellenic Council, PESC, and Purdue Student Government. This event will raise awareness and educate about issues like safe sex, consent, domestic violence, unhealthy relationships, assault, etc. which has been discovered to be an increasing problem here at Purdue. This week will have a series of free events that are open to the public.

Plastic easter eggs will be filled with prepackaged candy. The eggs will be conspicuously hidden throughout pre-approved portions of the building (no bathrooms, laboratories, etc.), the primary area being the atrium, which is reserved for this event. Students may keep the candy and eggs that they find, but are encouraged to return the plastic eggs for recycling for next year's event. A banner of instructions will be hanging in the atrium to make sure students are clear on the instructions. At the end of the day, any eggs not found will be collected by members of the sponsor organization (ChESAC).

Asha Purdue is back on track this year again, to make a difference to the lives of underprivileged children in India. With all your support, Asha Purdue in collaboration with Indian Womens Association (IWA) is organizing it's second annual 5K run/walk in Purdue campus on 19th April 2014 starting from Purdue Memorial Union Lawn area. We invite you all to come and participate in the run/walk and help us in bringing smiles on the faces of some underprivileged children back in India.
All the money raised through this event will be utilized to to support two projects, Manasa a school for mentally challenged children located in Hyderabad, India and SAIS Basundhara a home and school for the orphaned, abandoned children, located in Cuttack, India. With this event Asha Purdue aims to bring together Purdue community as well as Lafayette community for the cause of education of underprivileged children.
The registration fee is $5 for students and $10 for non-students. Kids under 10 participate for free. You can participate in this event in several ways.
1. Register and run or walk 5K
2. Register and run/walk 5 K. In addition, you may pledge to raise more funds through donations. We will set up a unique runners page as well as donation link for you. If you raise more than $100, registration fee will be waived.
3. Volunteer for the event, before or during the race day.
4. Sponsor or donate for the event.

Walk in remembrance of someone lost by suicide, walk to raise awareness and much needed funds to educate our communities about mental health, depression, and suicide. Walk because you care.
Suicide is the 4th leading cause of death for adults between the ages of 18 and 65 years in the U.S. Please join us at the Out of Darkness walk on Purdue's campus to raise awareness.
