This FREE event is provided by the Latino Cultural Center and Rec Sports as a part of Latino Heritage Month.

By using your own body weight and a cylindrical foam roller, you will perform a self-massage or myofascial release, break up trigger points, and soothe tight muscle fascia while increasing blood flow and circulation to the soft tissues. Please dress in loose, comfortable clothing – socks or bare feet are acceptable. Mats, Foam Rollers and other equipment will be provided.
