Boilermaker Special - Free Ride Fridays

Stewart Center, west side

The Purdue Reamer Club is pleased to offer FREE RIDE FRIDAYS to the Purdue Community. Pick-up and drop-off are on the west side of Stewart Center about every 15 minutes. All rides are weather-permitting. Rides typically run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., but can vary based on pilot availability. Consult the Purdue Reamers Facebook page for schedule changes.

PASE Fun Football Fridays

Dauch Alumni Center Open on Home Game Days

The Purdue Alumni staff will be at the Dauch Alumni Center for each home football game with the Spurgeon Hall of Spirit, Morse Library, and Rudolph Room open for visitors. Come in, grab some popcorn, check out the displays, and take your photo on a life-sized replica of the Boilermaker Special. We'll be open at 8:00 a.m. and close at the start of the game.

Pictures, Portraits and Postcards

Performed by the Purdue Wind Ensemble and Fall Concert Band. The music of Modest Mussorgsky, portraits of Vincent Van Gogh and poignant reflections of life given by Frank Ticheli are presented in this program by the Purdue Wind Ensemble and Fall Concert Band. Featuring a new transcription, written for the United States Marine Band by Paul Lavender, the Purdue Wind Ensemble performs Pictures at an Exhibition, one of Mussorgsky?s greatest and most profound works. In addition, the Wind Ensemble will perform Van Gogh Portraits by Aldo Rafael Forte, a work inspired by five paintings of the Dutch Master Vincent Van Gogh. Lastly you will hear music by legendary American composer Frank Ticheli in his Postcard, a tribute to the life of his friend and mentor H. Robert Reynolds? mother Ethel Virginia Curry.
