The Purdue Center for Professional Selling works hand in hand with Purdue Enterprise Company (PEC) to provide students with valuable, experiential learning. Purdue Enterprise Company is a gateway company that connects Purdue faculty, who consult as an outside activity, and third party clients in need of sophisticated technical as well as nontechnical consulting services.
Students act as a bridge as they develop their phone selling skills, gain experience with the CRM and Salesforce, and overcome phone reluctance as they strive to connect businesses with the consulting faculty in Purdue University network.
Most recently, Purdue Enterprise Company and the Center for Professional Selling lead developers have partnered with the Purdue Foundry to help propel Purdue-based startups by creating sales strategies and developing sales leads for their leadership teams.
