Courier Services
Printing Services has full-time couriers who deliver and pick up your printing materials, orders and proofs every weekday from 7:30-5:00. The couriers follow a normal route every morning to certain buildings (see route schedule below). The afternoons are open to make pick up and deliveries to buildings that are not on their normal route. Click Courier Services button to the left or call our shipping staff at 4-2009 and let them know you have something ready to pick up.
Pickup and Delivery Locations
Most buildings have designated central receiving areas for all shipments. This is where your packages will be delivered unless a specific location is requested. Packages will also be picked up in the receiving area unless other arrangements have been made. Make sure your package is clearly marked for Printing Service.
Printing Services has five convenient locations on campus (See Satellite Centers for more information). Our couriers can pick up and drop off materials at any of these locations. The staff at each of these centers will make sure your packages are picked up and delivered to the designated location.
Off-campus Shipping
Our shipping staff also prepares packages for shipping through USPS, FedEx, UPS or other commercial shipping companies. The charges for shipping will be billed to you through Materials Management and Distribution located in the building next to us. Packages can be taken to BoilerCopyMaker in the Purdue Memorial Union or to our main operation on Ahler’s Drive.

Please note that the buildings listed are scheduled stops. On a daily bases the courier leaves at 8:00 a.m. and does not return to Printing until approximately 11:45 a.m. The courier leaves again at approximately 1:00 p.m. returns at 2:30 p.m. and leaves for the last run at 3:00 p.m coming back at 4:00 p.m.
