To place a rerun order
If we have printed your project before, we still need an order. You can complete a rerun order using any of the methods, but Option 4 would be the easiest since we already have all the information on file from the previous order. You can let us know if anything is different, such as quantity or color of paper. To ensure we have the correct project, it would be helpful if you could provide a previous order number.
- If you submitted hard copy previously, we will not have it on file unless you requested it to be scanned to a file. Please send us the hard copy or call and we will pick it up from your office.
- We will need a sample of what was printed before. You can send it through campus mail or fax us a copy of it. Please indicate if you do not have a sample copy and we will send a pdf proof for you to check to make sure we have the correct file.
- If you submitted files previously, it is not necessary to submit files again. We keep a copy of the file here.
- Please indicate on the order if you would like to see a proof, we normally don’t show one unless requested.
