To place a custom order on-line
Complete an on-line Form 3 with as much detail as possible. We will contact you if there are questions. You may also contact one of our customer service representatives at 494-2005 to assist you.
- Choose one of our locations that you want to process your order, in the drop down box at the bottom of the form.
- See Sample Form 3 for a completed form.
- Make sure you indicate on the Form 3 how your files will be sent. You may email small files directly to the location you choose to process your job. Larger or multiple files should be placed on our ftp site (instructions to FTP) or use ITaP's File Locker.
- Click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the form to email the form to the designated location.
Printing Services will match up the submitted files with the on-line Form 3 and process the job. Contact Laura Garner 496-1241 or Sherry Swank 496-7321 if you have questions or need to make changes after submission.
