President's Forum features look at future of campus planning
The Purdue community joined President Mitch Daniels for a President's Forum on Feb. 13 in the South Ballroom, Purdue Memorial Union. The forum, scheduled for 8-9 a.m., focused on the West Lafayette campus master plan.
The February forum featured a presentation by Ken Sandel, director of physical and capital planning. Sandel discussed the history of campus master planning, outlined the University's current master plan and connected Purdue Moves and other future developments to the plan, including the State Street and Third Street corridor development and the new U.S. 231 corridor. The presentation also highlighted efforts to enhance the quality of place on the West Lafayette campus.
