Policy Numbering System

Each of Purdue’s system-wide policies is numbered according to the volume and chapter to which it belongs. Below is the numbering system that took effect November 2011. All new policies are issued under this system, and all policies numbered under the previous system have been converted (view a crossover grid of the policy conversion). Executive memoranda retain their original numbers and are required to be converted to a policy when they are updated or revised in any way.
