Feedback

Feedback is always encouraged and appreciated. Suggestion boxes have been placed on campus at the following locations:

• Recreational Sports Center
• Stewart Center
• Black Cultural Center
• Purdue University Police Department
• Purdue Village Administration Building
• Latino Cultural Center

Forms are available at each of these locations.

The PUPD Contact Form found below is available for those wishing to communicate electronically. The form does not require all fields to be filled out or completed.

Complaints

Complaints can be filed in person. Please come to the PUPD station and ask for a shift commander and he/she will assist you.

If you would like to file an anonymous complaint, please use the PUPD Contact Form, send a letter, or use whatever means with which you feel comfortable.
