Experience PMO
PMO, or Purdue Musical Organizations, is Purdue’s vocal music department and includes five choral ensembles and one handbell choir. As you may already know, Purdue has no school of music so our students are majoring in everything but music! Each of our six ensembles offers different opportunities and varied levels of time commitment.
Whether you’re looking to make singing/ringing your primary extracurricular activity or you just want to find a way to be involved with music on your own schedule, we have a place for you! All levels of musicianship are welcome.
PMO provides opportunities for friendships, scholarships, travel, leadership, networking and much, much more. Before you audition to be a part of PMO, we encourage you to learn more about our program and the opportunities we offer. Which ensemble would you like to learn more about?
