Center Stage: Glee Club in Carmel

The men of the Purdue Varsity Glee Club enjoyed a wonderful evening in Carmel on Saturday. The men were greeted by a wonderful spread of food for dinner.

The Glee Club enjoyed some wonderful conversations and fellowship with their guests.

Joyce Miller, grandmother of Glee Club Junior Charley Smith, enjoyed the Glee Club’s rendition of Happy Birthday at the end of dinner.

After dinner, it was time for the show. The Glee Club ran in to “Praise To The Lord The Almighty.”

Glee Club Senior and Carmel native Ryan McLean lavalieres his mother during his “home show” singing “Go the Distance” with the rest of the Glee Club backing him up.

Glee Club New Man and Carmel native Aaron Bourdage sang the runout song.

Senior Jeremy Chance sings to a lucky lady of the audience.

Seniors Jim Giberson and Kyle Sutton each lavaliere their mothers. Each sang a song with the other backing them up.

Ryan McLean also lavaliered the woman he intends to marry, Purduette Sophomore Abby Green.

The show concluded, as it always does, with a rousing rendition of Hail Purdue! Thanks to all who worked so hard to make our trip to Carmel such a success.
