Center Stage: Glee Club Delta Gamma Serenade
It was a wonderful afternoon and the Glee Club gathered outside Alpha Tau Omega’s fraternity house as a rendezvous point before heading over to Delta Gamma’s sorority house.
The Varsity Glee Club was happily welcomed by the habitants of Delta Gamma right at the doormat and was kindly invited to a dinner.
The interior of the house was spectacular; designed in good taste and clean as could be. Thanks go to the house lady!
Feasting had begun in the downstairs, with certainly enough food for everyone, and tightly packed was the dining room--perfect to get acquainted with new people.
The serenade had officially started and the specialty group Clever Lads performed much to the sorority’s liking.
After the serenade had concluded, thanks was given to the inhabitants of the house, and a parting song was sang by the group to conclude the evening.
The evening was done, but the Properties Committee never sleeps before a job is completely done. Very diligently, they performed the takedown of the serenade equipment.
